HAVE YOU EVER SEEN THE RAIN?
It is 2099, the last droplets of rain that were seen in Babylon 2.0 was almost over a decade ago. Clean sources of water have become the most valuable commodity on Earth and the large corporations who have dominated Wall Street since the start of the millennia have been pitting against each other to find clean aquifer groundwater beneath the Earth’s dried up surfaces.
In order to survive, the working class put themselves at the mercy of these corporations in exchange for a measly couple of litres of clean water per capita. People who oppose against the world order are sentenced to exile, gambling their livelihoods in the wild game of chance.

The corporations whom puppeteer the political elites have devised more and more schemes to stake control over the liberty and freedom of the people, disguised under propaganda of protectionism and survival. This privilege, may not be limited to the dying, but subject to the discretion of the Ministry of Afterlife, be open to visitors who can afford a daily pass which costs up to 1 BTC (Bitcoin).
